It’s time for a brand new screen saver! A while ago I began work on a new screen saver engine and needed something to test it with. Nostalgia for the ferns mode of my old Ephemera screen saver provided the idea, and Fronds is the result.
If you love ferns then Fronds is for you: all it does is drawn an endless series of fractal fern fronds, the old ones gently fading out as the new ones fade in.
Fronds requires macOS 10·13 High Sierra or later, and can be download here.
